about the position

Main purpose of the job is to enable the implementation and deployment (continuous improvement) of Quality Management into ONE.ERP Program including and across all its entities and sub-entities (Program - Project – Process – Product) with respect to actual organizational structure perimeter. Core focus to IT area of Program.

• Reinforce the Quality Management implementation (IT area) in structured and methodological way for assigned Programm and its sub-entities (Project – Process – Product)

• Facilitate the relevant Quality Management tools and methods implementation via Program and its entities/sub-entities (Project – Process – Product)

• Support and coordinate the internal customers / external sides to define the Quality Procedures, Standards and Specifications/Requirements, facilitate documentation owners at the documentation creation, maintenace and deployment

• Based on QM plan facilitate the implementation, usage and deployment of relevant Quality Controll tools, methods and measurables to evaluate and record the Quality Management level (KPIs set up, assessment, auditing, reporting)

• Coordinate the implementation and usgae of problem solving methodology to enable the findings/non-conformity owner to define the Action Plan, monitor the Action Plan status

• Collect, summarize and maintain the LL/Lessons Learned database as an part of CI/Continuous Improvement process implementation

• Is responisble for IT relevant quality documentation administration (create, update/revisions, deployment, control ..)

• Support the workshops and provide the coaching/consultancy to enforce the Quality mindset and share the knowledge via Program, organization and relevant sides

• Follow the QM plan and principles of Project methodology and process approach / BPM (Business Process Management)

• Perform other tasks per superior‘ s request/instructions

Personality requirements and skills

Experience and Hard skills requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality / process management / IT performance in an international company
• Experience with an international projects; SAP projects or business / IT projects is an advantage
• Experience and understanding of project planning tools and software packages
• Knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g. Quality tools and methods, Quality Management System, KPI reporting, Excellence programs, Audits)
• Knowledge of project management / methodology and process management / BPM
• IT infrastructure and IT services overview (ITIL basics knowledge is an advantage)
• IT documentation knowledge and experience background
• Certification from quality area (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, ..) is an advantage
• Knowledge of software product quality standards (ISO 9126 / 25000) is an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Visio / Aris is an advantage
