Job description, responsibilities and duties

Detailed job description, responsibilities:
▪ Lead contract management group within the PF allowing stakeholders delegated from PF Infrastructure centers leads to share good practice
▪ Coordinates PF Infra centers to develop yearly contracting demand plan on PF level
▪ Harmonizes demands on PF level in the contracting area, defines vendor SLA standards and vendor strategy
▪ Acts as primary interface to Pan-Net or DT procurement units for contracting demands, contract consumption, contract expiration from the production factory for all domains: IT, NFVI, PN Backbone, Infrastructure Security, Operations, Cloud Test Facility and provides feedback to Pan-Net procurements about suppliers’ performance
▪ Regular assessment and contract evaluation to ensure that the cost of contract management activities is justified and proportionate to the benefits obtained
▪ Organize performance reviews between suppliers and the Infrastructure with documented improvement plans agreed where necessary, covering both operati-onal issues and adherence to key contractual requirements
▪ Coordinates definition of exit strategies and update through the life of the contract
▪ Takes care that hard copy contracts are stored and logged, and are easily acces-sible when required; for complex contracts, a summary and/or contract operations guide is produced
▪ Defines requirements for contract management tool for recording key information (search capability, relevant ongoing contract management information, mecha-nisms for identifying key contract 'trigger points', such as notice periods, regular and ad hoc reporting of contract management information)
▪ Lead contracting activities for topics common to all PF departments
▪ Prepares management escalations in case of contract management conflicts and delays
▪ Support in budget planning and realization processs with support in alignment with PanNet finance community
▪ Support in purchase request/good receipts/delivery confirmation process (w or w/o ERP)

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Skills, capabilities:
Education
▪ University degree in Technical area or Business administration (MBA, Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems or related field)

Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:
▪ More than 4-5 years experience in the area of vendor management

Language skills:
▪ English language – fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)

Interpersonal, communication skills:
▪ Main interfaces for the position: internal PanNet employees, other PanNet companies, DT, external 3rd parties
▪ Excellent team player and motivator

Other soft skills, competences:
▪ Clear communication skills
▪ High level of customer orientation
▪ Very good command of the English language
▪ Team leadership for small teams
▪ Moderations skills

Hard skills:
▪ Specific contract management skills and more general commercial awareness and expertise),
