Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key Performance Indicators / Key responsibilities and deliverables (e.g. budget, revenue, EBITDA, etc.):
  • Overall responsibility for coordination and monitoring of all ICS related topic with relevant stakeholders
  • Single point of contact (SPOC) for One.ERP in Accounting area
  • Overall responsibility for timely adoption/update of Accounting Area relevant policies and processes
  • Interface to DT Group ICS, DTSE 
  •  Detailed job description, responsibilities:Reviews of new/changed process and control design within the ICS system
  • Monitoring of prompt completion of documentation and effectiveness testing
  • Updating and establishing of service provider relationships within the ICS system
  • General support to function /control owners for ICS
  • Support the assessment and remediation of issues within ICS
  • Support Group ICS Management during the central evaluation
  • Maintain good professional relations with all stakeholders in the ICS process as well as external and internal auditors, assist, communicate and prepare supporting documentation for them
  • Coordinate and align One.ERP related topics within Accounting area, serve as Accounting One.ERP SPOC for other stakeholders
  • Ensure that all relevant Accounting Area policies, directives and processes are officially issued, adopted and are up to date.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education:
Master/University degree in economics or other related fields

Professional knowledge, skills, know-kow in the field & experience in the field:
  • Experience 7-10 years in relevant area, minimum 5 years in ICS/Audit of ICS
  • Knowledge COSO framework and ICS principles, knowledge of process design, knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with audit/ICS audit in big multinational companies (or consulting companies) or with process design for accounting is an advantage
  • Multinational experience: Yes
  •  Language skills:English language - fluent Interpersonal, communication skills:excellent communication & organizational skills
