Job description:
  • Identify suppliers from preferred/contracted suppliers list, search for the new suppliers if needed
  • Prepare the Negotiation Strategy for new sourcing cases
  • Coordinate & monitor RFx processes
  • Handle the tender and bidding process in line with the respective rules
  • Negotiating with suppliers
  • ContractingNegotiate and Agree contracting conditions, pricing
  • Is able to read and review the contracts
  • Maintaining existing contract, manage contract expiration
  • Operative ProcurementMonitor E2E process of procurement events (P2P) and actively resolve possible issues in the process flow. 
  • Further develop procurement process to fit to needs of rapidly growing enterprise
  • Interface to BuyIn, DT SHSc, NatCos, Project members, Technology functions within Pan-Net and DT Group
  • Create and implement Pan-Net Procurement Guidelines according to DTAG group processes and guidelines, and ensure correct implementation of compliancy guidelines within procurement area
  • Perform reporting for internal use, DT and for Pan-Net customers
  • Support users with documentation required to submit purchase requests
  • Organize master data (e.g. pricing) entry into respective SAP based systems
  • Organize & Control preparation and implementation of catalogues into respective SAP based systems

Key Performance Indicators / Key responsibilities and deliverables:
  • The objective of this position is to support the Procurement Management.
  • Interface to BuyIn, Deutsche Telekom Shared Services, NatCos ,Project mem-bers, Technology functions within Pan-Net and Deutsche Telekom Group.
  • Further develop procurement process to fit to needs of rapidly growing enter-prise.
  • Perform reporting for internal use, DT and for Pan-Net customers.
  • Overall responsibility within Procurement area for DT PanNet s.r.o. and for every PanNet local legal entity.
  •  Education: High school diploma or university degree in technical or economical field
  •  Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:  At least 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or other relevant in corporate companies
  • Multinational experience: preferred
  •  Language skills: English language – fluent
  •  Interpersonal, communication skills: Good oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to build up relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Negotiation skills: very good
  • Excellent team player
  • Self-motivation with high commercial awareness and initiative
  • Problem solving ability
  • Ability to provide recommendations, proposals and reports
  •  Other soft skills, competences: Self-motivated
  • Highly collaborative
  • Ability to work in project / matrix environment
  • Dealing with unstructured topics
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Willingnes to learn IT/telecommunication
  •  Hard skills: Experience in organizing tenders (individually, in the commission) and in setting selection criteria (advantage)
  • Advanced English language skills is a must
  • SAP experience
