Your responsibilities would be:
- Understanding the local business/functional context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Business Managers;
- Deliver HR solutions as appropriate to enhance commercial performance;
- Contribute to the business agenda and strategy to provide an effective and pro-active generalist HR service for the respective client groups;
- Participation in key people related change decisions, anticipating and effectively dealing with any people issues;
- Use globally/regionally provided HR tools, processes and techniques to address issues;
- Endorse efficient internal communication and co-operation, build and maintain relations with external customers and suppliers effectively;
- Deliver generalist HR advice to the business unit in all aspects of recruitment. Support in securing the approval process of available positions. Supervision and controlling the selection process of candidates;
- Surveillance of keeping the DHL standards when hiring a new employee. Personally lead training programs.
- Proactively use HR data and analytics provided on site level to identify trends;
- Contributing to business change and continuous improvement.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- Minimum of 5 years long experience in HR Manager / Business Partner role,
- Sound understanding of legislation and regulations,
- Slovak and English language – fluent, German language – advantage,
- Strategic thinking as well as stakeholder management skills in order to build networks and remove barriers,
- Experience within a international organization,
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills,
- Goal-oriented, structured, high sense of responsibility and self initiative,
- Strong dedication and motivation to work in a dynamic environment,
- Effective communication with internal and external customers and maintain good relations with them.
