The I2C Credit card and payment solutions expert is responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across all I2C functions. The I2C Credit card and payment solutions expert will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of methodology, and the supporting framework, to deliver business transformation in the area of I2C. The I2C Global Process Controller is responsible for handling the technical aspects of Credit Cards business line development strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understands the main principles of card payments industry – transaction flow, clearing and settlement.
• Have a broader knowledge and practical experience on digital payment solutions - digital credit cards, psp-s, payment ecosystem, etc.
• Analyzes basic problems and issues and offers standard business solutions.
• Develops complex business specifications and logical flow charts that include features and functions to serve as basis for compiling technical specifications.
• Works with product experts and project management office to design and develop requirements related to launch of new products or functionalities or improvement of existing processes and learns to analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems.
• Provides support with the resolution of issues that may cross multiple systems and affect the business process and tracking of application incidents/issues.
• Becomes familiar with how to identify system impact of changes in the business, user needs, external business environment and operating systems.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge to conduct and support testing/planning/validation by clarifying the intended functionality. Participates in the resolution of issues to ensure a successful implementation.
• Perform cost/benefit analysis for new implementations and enhacements

Personality requirements and skills

• min 3-5 years related experience
• experience on card payments in retail banking, non-banking financial institution or payment service provider
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and interact with senior leaders
• Business Analyst experience is a plus
• Shared Services Center or Business Process Outsourcing environment particularly in Finance & Invoice to Cash Activities
• Supervisory/managerial
• Transition or migration experience specifically in the I2C process
• Knowledge of Mircrosoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of Transformation methodology
• Experience with ITC process automation implementations
• Knowledge of RPA and AI (preferred)
• ERP knowledge of SAP, Movex and AX (preffered
