Job description, responsibilities and duties

Committed to excellence, we are currently looking for a high-quality individual to join our growing team as Global Process Owner, Invoice to Cash (Accounts Receivable). Purpose of the to drive “end-to-end” process management and governance for enterprise wide processes I2C (Invoice to cash) while establishing a sound platform for sustaining the standardization, efficiency and effectiveness benefits of redesigned transactional processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the vision and strategy for each of the respective end-to-end processes. This should consider all aspects of the operating model including performance targets, process, people, service delivery model, data and technology
  • Define, communicate and update Global Policies and Procedures to establish a consistent approach across all BUs
  • Establish, direct and manage the regional business process owners to ensure the regional business process teams’ strategy aligns with the global functional strategy
  • Ensure a common global process design that is strictly governed by a set of clearly defined controls
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, adherence, and proactively propose enhancement to Global Standards
  • Define and monitor Metrics and KPI’s to identify and address/improve performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Lead overall training strategy, needs assessment, and development of training curriculum and materials
  • Collaborate regularly with regional process owners (if any) to support all GPO initiatives
  • Advise functional management on the development of standards and business rules for data stewardship
  • Act as the highest level of escalation point for issue resolution

Other activities:
  • Establish and maintain global documentation and process compliance; accountable for ensuring and maintaining appropriate internal controls (e.g. SOX)
  • Plan and execute the global projects and/or the global deployment of new functionality, future upgrades, or patch releases for process enabling technologies
  • Establish, monitor and control systemic, complex, advanced and/or multi-regional functional issues resolution and escalation actions
  • Provide specific deep subject matter expertise to all relevant business units in conducting complex and advanced functional application support
  • Provide specialized advice globally to the respective business units when evaluating technology solutions to optimize or streamline business functions and/or resolve operational problems
  • Proactively work with various Regions or Business Units to identify instances of best demonstrated performance; and evaluate opportunities for global deployment
  • Hold COE Management accountable for quality and cost effectiveness of the solution service within Enterprise process domain
  • Maintain and manage process portfolio and ensure alignment and integration with other process owners
  • Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with business owners, IT staff, project consultants, and vendors
  • Conduct, participate and advise in executive level presentations, overviews, meetings, workshops and other business decision-making activities
