Purpose of the role:
The Change Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for change management activities related to the Finance Transformation. They will help understand process and policy driven changes and translate those into meaningful communications, engagement and training activities based on the relevant stakeholder population.

Key responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the Change Management Strategy & Plan
- Partnership with Corporate Communications and HR to understand and prepare for key employee and organizational changes
- Acting an advocate and champion of the Dentsply Sirona (DS) Finance Transformation
- Supporting leaders with the tools and messaging to inspire, motivate and share with employees the vision of finance transformation
- Passionate & positive mindset, but empathetic to peers’ concerns
- Acting as the organization’s vision translator who communicates “here’s how we are impacted”
- Active networking and engaging stakeholders to get answers & share ideas
- Designing communications, engagement and training to prepare stakeholders across the organization

- Experience as a change agent driving international transitions working with global stakeholders from North America, Asia Pacific, Europe and Latam
- Understanding of Change Management components/frameworks/tools/scope of responsibilities
- Change Management certification, such as Prosci, etc. would be an advantage
- Passionate & positive with experience of working with global organizations and diverse cultures
- Customer centric mindset to develop a service based GBS organization
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Experience with developing training materials and conducting training
- Ability to work independently, as a self-starter in a dynamic environment
