Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Coordination with our HR community during the preparation of all the employment-related documents (contracts, amendments, etc etc)
- Support our internal employees concerning all HR related topics
- Daily close cooperation with our internal partners (HR business partners – Recruiters)
- Maintain all the HR related information in our internal system (SAP HR)
- Be part of employee’s journey from end-to-end (recruitment, onboarding, cross boarding, off boarding)
- Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve our processes

- Excellent customer orientation paired with a strong attention to details
