Job description, responsibilities and duties
As Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Specialist, you will manage cash received from Dentsply Sirona customers and apply to the open invoices as per the remittance advices timely and accurately, with consistent, measurable compliance with the corporate policies governing Accounts Receivable.
Within this role, you will have the possibility to work 1 day per week during the EMEA shift.
Key Responsibilities
• Allocate incoming payments received from customers
• Identify and process short payments and deductions made by the customers
• Create relevant reports about unapplied cash and resolve them by collaborating with Collection’s team
• Process approved refund requests and adjustment journals to the bad debt provision
• Analysis and monitoring open balances, delayed payments, and other divergences
