Job description, responsibilities and duties
Creation and updating of content for supporting remote and on-site service activities in UPS business
Approval of content prior to transfer into system
Communication of identified product issues to Quality and R&D
Occasional on-site support for complex technical issues
Level 2.5 remote support
Panning and conducting of trainings for level 2 and ASPs
Support of trainings for level 1
Creation and maintenance of service related NPI documents such as spare parts list and definition of tooling
Product design improvement support
Participation in global projects and solutions development activates
Approval of content prior to transfer into system
Communication of identified product issues to Quality and R&D
Occasional on-site support for complex technical issues
