Join us as a Consumer & Small Business Sales Coach on our CSB team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What you’ll achieve
The Sales Coach is responsible for sales soft/hard skills development of SB Sales Teams. The successor will work close with CSB Management and sr. Leadership team on setting, developing and implementing efficient coaching strategies.
You will:
- Helps and advises on proactively building and developing business relationships in acquisition sales as well as transactional (commercial and consumer) environment
- Understand and business teams needs / strategy and metrics
- Responsible for driving strategic initiatives in acquisition sales – finds and develops new methods
- Ensure by coaching that the team achieves targets score on or above the targets
- Deliver the SMART coaching session to the relevant audience

Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience
- Proven track record of high performance in previous roles
- Excellent German communication skills, written and spoken
- Proven ability in developing sales presentations and delivering sales training content
- Ability to develop rapport with internal and external customers
Desirable Requirements
- Strong knowledge on DELL products, Sales Tools & Processes
Salary starting from: 1930 EUR gross fix pay + 830 EUR gross variable pay
Salary split: 70/30
