What you’ll achieve
As a Graphic Designer and Content Creator, you will join our global team and work closely with our regional marketers to create on-brand and innovative content to drive awareness of our culture and position Dell Technologies as a great place to work as well as promoting specific career opportunities around the world.
You will:
Execute and produce concepts for Talent Attraction marketing from start to finish while maintaining visual appearance, usability and brand continuity – work on visual design, creative layouts, copywriting and messaging from simple to more complex multi-media campaigns
Seek out, interview and compose compelling team members stories that convey our work culture; recommend and execute on creative ways to promote these stories via social media and other digital channels
Project manage the team’s creative development process by maintaining the list of approved projects, developing the concepts and final creative assets, and adhering to project timelines
Be the team’s point of content to Dell Technologies’ internal creative agency to ensure your work is within brand guidelines and to share best practices
Monitor the recruitment marketing landscape to ensure your creative embodies the latest and greatest digital trends and variety of digital formats (video, GIF, blogs, stories, snaps) and continuously improve your creative by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices

Essential Requirements
4-6 years of experience as graphic designer or content creator
Good writing and copyediting skills in English language with the ability to write compelling copy for a variety of mediums, including social posts, blog posts, and event collateral
Passionate about design and video editing with a proven proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite
Good project management skills and ability work in a cross-functional international team
Good time management skills with a desire to work in a fast-paced flexible global environment
Desirable Requirements
Have a digital portfolio that showcases desired skills
Animation skills are valued, though not required
Salary starting from: 1930 EUR gross monthly
