We are a global finance team. Dell Finance department of 700+ people in Bratislava is a Center of Excellence, providing wide range of unique opportunities. Financial professionals in various finance teams such as FP&A, Accounting, Commercial finance, Tax, Audit, Sales Compensation Planning, Treasury and Financial Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities

•​Daily interactions with Global program team, data analysis and concepts suggestions (data mining, logic of data pull verification, review of any outliers, preparation of quick-check queries, suggestions on enhancements)
•Working as part of a team, prepare the data and analysis for the quarterly business review engaging with key business leads to ensure the package is complete with accurate data and commentary
•Communication with IT, Development and Global Programs team.
•Helping to develop Revenue walk, prepare Q/Q analysis and present to management level and support to rebates finance and GPDA (Global Partner Data Assurance) team as required
•Internal auditor for Vistex set up

Essential Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business intelligence, data analysis, finance
•Very Strong analytical skills and strong financial and business acumen essential
•Proficient in SQL, Advanced in VBA, knowledge of Power BI and knowledge of sales reporting tools (SFDC) an advantage
•Experience with transformation project
•High attention to detail, and ability to multitask and cut through ambiguity and deliver detailed analyses of business situations

•Good understanding of the company’s business goals and objectives
•Good understanding of business practices, reporting/financial systems and Dell products
