Senior Analyst - Global Tax Automation

It’s a wide-ranging area – from tax research, planning and compliance, through to developing and implementing systems to support data collection, analysis, preparation and submission. Whether preparing and completing tax returns and reports, catching up with the latest developments in tax law or answering enquiries from a host of internal and external customers, we’re always switched on and on top of our game.


Key Responsibilities

•Partner with internal stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation (analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail)
•When applicable, document for the configuration of Automation Anywhere by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers as part of Agile development
•Leverage process improvement experience to streamline and optimize process, with a focus on RPA
•Support development team in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
•Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and through potential process redesign, communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to Robotics manager, providing actionable mitigation options

Essential Requirements

•Ability and willingness to pick up and develop technical knowledge on the job, through formal training sessions and through self-education
•Able to prioritize work load in order to meet deadlines and business demands, be focused on customer satisfaction and have excellent time management
•Able to work well in collaborative team, and fast paced global environment (many times "virtual" teams working from other locations across Dell)
•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
•Excellent interpersonal communications skills; able to effectively communicate and build relationships with end users, peers, management and third parties
