Within the Procurement Global Shared Services (GSS) function at Dell, we are looking for a Commercial Contracts Sr Analyst to join our team in Bratislava.
- Lead projects to support operational process improvement and coordination to ensure effective contract execution and data capture
- May be assigned a specific aspect of a contract
- Negotiates terms for smaller contracts
- Establishes process and procedures to support internal compliance with company policy
- Coordinates communications and information dissemination with sales force and cross functional organizations
- Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on business matters
- Lead cross functional regional contract operations activities

- 2+ years of related experience with contract management
