Fraud Prevention Analyst - German language & Fresh graduates
This person will be responsible for investigating fraudulent transaction, moreover he/she will:
• Processing orders with focus to identify fraudulent transactions and cancel them from further processing on daily basis
• Daily communication with customers via phone
• Monitor real time queues and identify high risk transactions within the business portfolio
• Manage stakeholder requests via mailbox and give the necessary feedbacks within SLAs
• Manage Order Pending Release
• Deal with queries from internal / external customers in a timely manner
• Co-operate closely with credit, sales, customer care and tech. support

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• Fluent German and English intermediate
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is required
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Structured, Self-motivated, Reliable and independent
• Able to make decisions
