Key Responsibilities :
• End-to-end recruitment activities in support of business group growth in the CEE region
• High quality candidate management & Direct Search activities to attract the best talents
• Management of internal and external applications ensuring smooth and positive candidate experience
• Participate in regional projects mainly in Recruitment & Branding area
• Partnering with the business to coordinate solutions to recruit and select potential employees to meet headcount requirements.
• Build candidate talent pipelines through sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, networking groups, social media, database search, and referrals
• Handle complex salary negotiations and job offers that involve selling the candidate.
