• Collect, enter and validate orders into Order Management System
• Ensure that all orders are processed according to the customer specification
• Ensure correct quantity and quality of entered data and so the smooth processing of orders
• Closely cooperate with sales department in order to have a sufficient level of information to avoid anomalies in the orders.
• Pro-actively improve the order management processes by highlighting any quality issues or illegal orders
• Quickly and permanently solve any critical situation in terms of customer satisfaction
• Work within the export compliance rules and internal policies
