HR Shared Services Administrator (1 year agency contract)

At Dell, we do not just evolve technology – we evolve people too. This is why our Human Resource Team is integral to our strategy for growth and transformation. Our team is now looking for a HR Shared Services Administrator based in Bratislava.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out administrative tasks and provide administrative support for various EMEA HR teams (Compensation & Benefits, HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Payroll, Learning and Development).
• Be the Point of Contact for your customers and business partners, deliver required service within agreed timelines (SLA) and quality levels.
• Active participation on various projects within HRSS team
• SBC and Onboarding Country Support: support all required process steps to ensure smooth flow of candidates through SBC and OBT. Working with vendor and vendor manager and TA on alerts raised on candidates in pre-employment screening process to help make decision on findings related to candidates background. Supporting payment process and gathering all relevant details in case of payment queries and getting these resolved independently through communication with Dell Finance (AP etc.) and TSW Finance teams
• Team Metrics: Use trackers and available reports on regular bases to prepare metrics of supported tasks by the EMEA HRSS team and present the trend to rest of the team as well as to your customers
• Purchase Order (PO) Support – own and manage the PO Support process within HRSS
• Other HRSS support coordinator - act as senior member to other team members and help to coordinate any changes in the process

Essential Requirements

• Excellent process knowledge – requirement to understand existing HR processes – such as Security Background Check, Onboarding process, Purchase Order Administration, Payment processes, Benefit processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English
• Skills in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Power Point), advanced skill in MS Office - Excel
• Knowledge in task coordination and big sense of ownership
• Must be able to work as a member of a team and work with internal and external partners to achieve objectives with strong customer focus
