Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for people to work on extensive strategic analyses for the current business model in the new independent working group, which will be a part of Dedoles, called Innovation Lab. The goal is to get on board people who will not be burdened by daily operations and can, with a clear head, direct their energy to where we will continue to push Dedoles together.
The main responsibilities of Head of Innovation lab are:
• Definition of innovation strategies and their subsequent implementation,
• Finding the right balance between risk and innovation,
• Creation of the innovation management process and its management, management of innovation initiatives,
• Cooperation with suppliers in the implementation of innovations,
• Setting the metric for measuring and evaluating innovation
• Management of Innovation Lab (analysts, project managers and assistants up to 10 people),
• Setting their goals, motivation, evaluation, etc.
