Project Management Lead

With its presence in 20 online markets and expanding offline, Dedoles is still taking on new market opportunities. We are rapidly growing, designing and implementing new systems and processes. Therefore, we are looking for Head of Project Management to work closely with the management team, to identify, prioritize and deliver successful projects.

Within this role you will:

- Have full responsibility and accountability for the most important projects – related to implementation of software, design and implementation of warehouse processes, financial processes implementation, customer experience etc.;
- Deliver the projects in line with Dedoles strategy;
- Manage portfolio of projects, from identification of opportunities to successful delivery;
- cocreate Dedoles project management methodology;
- Identify, communicate, avoid, or mitigate project risks,
- Foster an innovative workplace atmosphere where the team members are motivated to grow while they stay curious, courageous and persistent;
- Collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders to resolve questions or conflicts;
- Mentor more junior project managers in your team;
- Help to nurture culture of having fun in Dedoles.
