DECATHLON Pharos: Store leader in training

Decathlon Pharos is a 3000 m2 multisport retail store (park) located in a fast developing area next to Avion and IKEA shopping mall.

The store is currently working with 60 sporty teammates (100 during the next 2 years) dedicated to the satisfaction of local sport users.

• Accompanied and coached by the current store leader you will develop your autonomy and Co-lead the team project of the Pharos store
• As a store leader in training you’ll have the opportunity to autonomously lead your own territory, develop the brand preference and empower teammates around you
• You will co-decide ambitious and responsible commercial strategies, guaranteeing the safety and employment ensuring by sustainable economic performance in Decathlon Pharos
• Everyday is a new opportunity to learn so you’ll need plenty of energy and a desire to work hands-on, in a customer-facing environment.
