Scrum Master

AS OUR SCRUM MASTER YOU WILL HAVE TO:
You will be responsible for monitoring the scrum processes, scrum meetings, motivating the team to deliver quality and keep deadlines. You will strongly cooperate with Product Owner.
What does it mean in your daily routine?
- schedule and attend team meetings (scrum, demo, retro) and make sure that relevant people do attend those meetings
- facilitate communication between Product Owner and team and team itself (impediments, delays, problems, good things)
- When people are asking for some help in one of the rooms and don’t receive answers, help can be requested by Scrum master
- check status of sprint, if issues are picked in time and check with developers and testers if we are on track with delivery
- check upfront the amount of story points for next sprint that are available and communicate with Product Owner -er,
- check if issues for next sprint are designed and prepared on time and communicate with Product Owner
- check issues quality - release notes, description, versions, don’t check the content if is is ok or not, that’s the role of a designer/developer together with Product Owner
- check previous comments in retro sessions and make sure that people, who are asked to act on those comments, are doing what is asked.
