Customer Support and Customer On-boarding Specialist

This is an entry-level position at Datamolino working with our Support Team. Datamolino is a quickly growing technology service provider. The primary responsibility for this position is to work hand in hand with our clients resolving their issues and developing business relationships. Strong collaboration and English communication skills are a must.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Talk to clients and ensure happy relationships
- Participate in training demos and webinars
- Provide support to clients via online chat and phone call
- Communicate thoughtful, customised solutions that help our clients/prospects move forward and grow
- Diagnose software issues and engage with our product and engineering teams using established processes
- Collaborate with your team to make decisions and overcome obstacles
- Communicate the value of Datamolino to business prospects
