Danfoss is offering an opportunity as Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Specialist to work within our Regional Talent Acquisition Team for East Europe Region. On this position, you will play a key role within regional employer branding initiatives and activities and recruitments within our EER countries. Position is located in Povazska Bystrica, Slovakia.

In this position, you will report to the regional Talent Acquisition Manager, located in Poland, and will be responsible for:

Regional Employer Branding activities by:
• Strengthening brand awareness in EER by running EB projects and designing them (sometimes) from scratch.
• Coordinating internal and external events.
• Bringing up ideas for Danfoss promotion as an employer of choice and putting them into practice.
• Supporting the TA team EER with successful events by developing content, promotional items/contants, scenarios of events
• Monitoring and supporting local Employer Branding initiatives in cooperation with colleagues from local HR teams

Recruitment activities by:
• Developing and executing recruiting strategies, utilizing labor market consultation, competitive intelligence, and selling the employer brand
• Providing full cycle recruiting services including recruitment strategy session, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Developing and maintaining internal & external relationships related to the recruitment process which may include hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, etc.
• Being responsible for the full candidate experience from the time the candidates turned to the company. To ensure that after the interview, the selected participants get to Danfoss with the best possible impression

Personality requirements and skills

• Minimum 3 years of previous experience with handling, managing, developing, and improving recruitment programs and processes
• Proven success in challenging Hiring Managers to attract Talents for the organization
• Experience in production companies will be an advantage
• Experience in organizing internal and external EB events (nice to have practice with online events)
• Social media fluent user
• University degree preferably in the field of HR, psychology, or organizational development
• Fluent English and Slovakian language
• Experience with SAP Success Factors is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 package
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills gained in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills, team player skills are a must
