Job description, responsibilities and duties
Your tasks:
- Lead the development activities of a mechatronic system which meets the requirements and complies to project cost and timing
- Manage the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners and customers
- Represent the R&D function in front of customer
- Contributes to the development and management of system requirements based on the stakeholder requirements
- Applies given system development processes
- Ensure an ASPICE conform Project documentation
- Report and escalate to your project manager or the R&D manager as needed
- Be responsible for detailed scheduling and budgeting
- Analysing the causes of defects and discrepancies
Your profile:
- University degree in the field of mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrotechnics
- Work experience with mechatronic systems development or application
- Several years of experience with system engineering methods application, preferred
- Knowledge and experience in the field of internal combustion engines or alternative vehicle propulsion are an advantage
- Experience in a similar position (project management / project management within the automotive or similar sector)
