. Ongoing research and monitoring of the Slovak Real Estate Market
. Preparation of reports of shopping centers, office buildings and industrial properties according to instructions from senior collegues
. Preparation of market studies, feasibility studies and other outputs under supervision of senior collegues
. Communication with clients
. Back office work (preparation of contracts, proposals...etc.)
. Traveling, inspections of properties (shopping centers, office buildings, industrial halls, land plots)
. Participation in market events and promotion of the Cushman&Wakefield brand in Slovakia
