We are looking for a Trainee who will work on part-time job on Transformacia Department. *Ideal Trainee is: Student of 4. or 5. grade on Univesity Organized and focused Diligent and Deadline-driven Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, skills) Communication skills in English Team player Basic understanding of database concept and skills is a plus *Description of work activities on Trainee program are: Help project administrators in administrative duties and processes Schedule meetings and events Assist with planning, from start to finish of onboarding process Provide technical support for the project Assistance with inquiries and incidents Prepare and distribute project materials Assist in designing and implementation of processes and procedures on IT project Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications Collaborate with international team and vendors Working with larger data sets, e.g. exporting the raw data from centralized systems for project management and conslidation of the data and presenting the data *What are the benefits of working on this department? *Ideal opportunity to be part of a large transformation program from inside and learn how large changes to major bank processes and IT systems are conceived, planned, designed, developed, tested and rolled in production by supporting the team that supports key personnel working on the program and learning from them either by fulfilment of partial tasks or observing them on meetings, workshops and within the narrower Program Management Office team.
