*Define vison, strategy and principles for data management   * Define and maintain enterprise data governance framework, data model, data dictionaries and data technology roadmap   Participate in enterprise and group international KBC data initiatives   *Participation within team of enterprise architects and close cooperation with business users, analysts, developers and data governance team   *Active participation in bank strategic programs and projects mainly in area - analytics, reporting, data integration and operational data platforms   *Design and implement effective solutions and models to store and retrieve company data   *Recommend solutions and to improve new and existing database systems.   Define, maintain data patterns and principles   *Quality assurance for projects activities and outputs in data management areas  *Mapping the systems and interfaces used to manage data *Sets standards for data management *Analyzes current state and conceives desired future state (close the gap between current state and future goals).
