Risk manager - Group Risk Competence Centre

If you are looking for a job where investigating and helping go hand in hand, then you are the new colleague we are looking for. * Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:* *Help entities shape their risk practices, and to give reasonable assurance to top management that their operational risks are under control. *Follow up on the risk appetite of the different entities in the group in close cooperation with the local CRO's (Chief Risk Officer). *Execute independent investigations on specific (trending) risk topics in order to support the risk managers group-wide and to create or adjust group-wide risk standards. *Provide when and where needed conceptual support and training to the local CRO's and their teams, and also to the LORM's (Local Operational Risk Manager); *Regular reporting to the local CRO's and the local Management Teams *Build a good relationship with the local risk functions and other lines of defence within KBC Group.
