IT Analyst / Business Analyst

* Assist in presales activities, performing product/service demonstration, discussing needs, recommending best practices in line with CRIF experiences
* Collect and discuss business requirements, both for decision strategies and business processes, documenting them within CRIF standard procedures and templates
* Follow the implementation of the business requirements defined, configuring the CRIF software platforms or providing the needed documentation to the software developers and assisting them during the project
* Design and execute user tests of the solution delivered (functional, regression and unit test)
* Manage the relationship towards both internal and external players in order to produce effective solutions for clients
* Execute the tasks assigned by the project management, timely and with the required quality
* Communicate key insights and findings to product team
* Lookout for ways to improve product, services, best practices and deliver better value to the customer
