* Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization's firewall system and web security system
* Participating in new implementations and ensuring successful projects delivery
* Manage change requests and tickets through to resolution
* Ensuring proper response times are adhered to and escalating (internally and externally) as needed
* Provide technical support to the organization's network, firewall system and web security system

* Good Knowledge of enterprise firewall systems, NAT policies, site-to-site vpn, remote access vpn (preferably with Check Point firewall)
* Good knowledge of Cisco routers and switches
* Basic knowledge of Network Load Balancing platforms
Other requirements:
* bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
* 2-3 years experience in networking\firewall daily activities and troubleshooting
* Excellent communication skills when dealing with network engineers, colleagues, senior stakeholders across the business and third party vendors
* Good knowledge of English language
* Must be willing to travel occasionally to support network deployments in remote locations
