Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your main role will be to assist the CEO in:
  • Organizing his calendar, arranging meetings, conferences, business trips and support in different administrative tasks.
  • Ensuring all organizational activities related to meetings and events, keeping Meeting Minutes and follow up on agreed actions
  • Administration of databases, SAP orders creation, invoice control and evidence.
  • Participation on / coordination of internal and external projects and tasks as assigned by management team.

We are looking for a person with proactive, systematic and flexible approach to work, ability to work independently on unstructured and complex tasks. 100% trustworthy person with high level of integrity. An ideal candidate will be open- minded, reliable with very good level of communication and organizational skills.

Other requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience work experience preferably in similar position in international environment.
  • Previous international experience is a benefit (study, internship).
  • Proficiency knowledge of English in writing and speaking is a must.
  • German and Hungarian language knowledge is a benefit.
