Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Architect, develop and maintain integrations between a complex data platform and other internal IT systems (the platform is based on Apache Spark, Avro, Parquet and related Big Data technologies
- Analyze the data logs and write data pipelines
- Be responsible for reliability and availability of the data platform
- Improve and optimize the data platform
- Act as a key user of the platform for issues and technical challenges
Requirements:
- Any Apache Big Data Framework (e.g. Spark, Hadoop, Flink, Kafka)
- Either Java OR Python knowledge is a must
- Strong understanding of data processing architectures and computing technologies
- Proficient English language
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
