Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Providing the technical support to the customers during the lifecycle
- Working closely with Sales and Pre-sales executives
- Having a deep understanding of the product, technical aspects and the services
- Communicating with assigned customers
- Engaging with other IT specialists in case of issues
- Supporting the creation of sales proposals – technical and diagram drawings, network design
- Answering the technical questions for the customers and Sales Executives
Requirements:
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wireless and Datacentre technologies
- Strong knowledge of Cisco CCNA, CCNP
- Solid knowledge of OSI model and networking protocols
- Familiarity with Ethernet standards and fiber connectivity
- Packet level understanding of network traffic
- Strong knowledge of MPLS and VPN technologies
- Working knowledge with IP routing and switching
- Ability to create technical diagrams and other technical documentation
Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
