Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the procurement of direct or indirect materials 
  • Negotiate, establish, and manage assigned and new supplier relationships and organize the procuring events
  • Continuously work on maximizing the value out of the spending
  • Communicate and cooperate closely with the internal team and stakeholders
  • Ensure the organization needs are met and in line with the business strategy
  • Bring new ideas based on an understanding of business objectives, the supply market and competitive benchmarking
  • Manage all administration related to the supplier management including invoices, demand, and ordering process

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proficiency in English
  • 3 years’ experience in strategic procurement

 

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualifications, and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits, or variable part of the salary.
