Category Procurement Specialist - Technical Supply

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned Indirect categories with responsibilities for analyzing spend data, sourcing, negotiation, administration and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Develop and manage the corporate initiatives, strategy development, and execution
• Employ the procurement methodology for the category Technical supply – CAPEX, maintenance services and materials covering the worldwide scope
• Negotiate, establish, and manage assigned and new supplier relationships and organize the procuring events
• Continuously work on maximizing the value out of the spending and sustainability
• Aligns all activities with the technical department, building management and engineering companies
• Communicate and cooperate closely with the internal team and stakeholders
• Ensure the organization needs are met and aligned with the business strategy
• Bring new ideas based on an understanding of business objectives, the supply market and competitive benchmarking
• Manage all administrative tasks related to supplier management, including invoices, demand, and the ordering

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• 3 years’ experience in strategic procurement
• Strong technical thinking and / or education in engineering is a must

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualifications, and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits, or variable part of the salary.
