Payment Administrator

Responsibilities: 

• Execute, monitor and reconcile the refund payments (bank transfers, transfers to credit cards and Alipay, issuing cheques), the debit orders and reversals against credit card companies
• Keep defined SLA and KPI on track for processes within given responsibility
• Report and escalate errors and transaction failures
• Assist in projects and system implementations
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders and maintain active relationships

Requirements: 

• Fluent level of English is a MUST
• University education preferably from economic field
• MS Office advanced user (Excel - pivot tables, v-look up, etc)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Motivation for working with the team as well as independently

Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
