Responsibilities:

• Responsible for encapsulation tools as well as for providing tooling specifications and generate tooling request for quotations,
• Ensure tools are built to exact specifications,
• Responsible for following tool design, construction and trials, and collect the necessary documentation from the tool shops (tool drawings, spare parts list, etc.),
• Fully responsible for coordination of installation process of the encapsulation tools at the plant, support the debug and start-up phases of the tools,
• Effectively interface with colleagues and customers on regular basis,
• Responsibility for tooling cost estimates for new business pursuit,
• Providing design guidance for product and tooling development in future.

Requirements:

• Experience with manufacturing processes and tooling, RIM or injection molding processes,
• Strong problem solving skills, written and verbal communication skills,
• Excellent organization and documentation skills,
• Willingness to travel,
• Good comprehension of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems,
• Good sketching and drawings abilities as well as ability to read 2D and 3D designs.

*Brutto base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. Advertised amount is minimum salary which can be offered for this role and does not include bonusses, benefits or variable part of the salary.
