Responsibilities

• Drive and support divisional initiatives in the context of productivity, simplification and governance: research, data analysis, elaborating options and recommendations, building stakeholder buy-in and presenting in an easy to understand manner to senior executives
• Be right-hand to the DOO (Divisional Operations Officer) in driving the constant and sustainable development and of the Division
• Proactively supporting all sorts of regular ad-hoc divisional tasks coming COO 
• Supporting project work, process improvements, strategic planning 
• Process management to strategic and governance topics 

Requirements

• Master's or MBA degree preferred – Finance or General Management
• Excellent organisational skills demonstrated in project management or committee management
• High degree of agility and adaptability
• Excellent comunication skills
• Sense for priorities
• Good feel for assessing and addressing business needs
• Independence and "can do" attitude
• Problem solving and structured thinking capabilities
• Sophisticated user of MS Office suite (Power Point and Excel)
• Excellent command of English
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
