Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Design of analytics strategies and the definition of A/B testing approaches
- Advise and guide partners in developing their own innovative digital propositions
- Application of UX / BE in the definition of customer journeys
- Help clients become successful in driving consumer engagement and deliver on their sales targets
- Assess digital marketing activity performance
- Give recommendations to increase online sales, improve conversion and enhance marketing efficiency
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience within a digital role in a financial services institution in Germany
- Experience in designing and implementing data analytics strategies for online platforms
- Good knowledge of B2C eCommerce and experience running digital campaigns
- UX / Behavioural economics know how is a big advance
- Innovative, creative and analytical thinking
- Project management skills and multitasking
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English AND German is a must!
