Internal Processes and Controls Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Development and enhancement of internal control framework
• Daily work with internal database - updating accounts, access rights, cleansing of mailbox
• Work with master data and recertification and ensuring their compliance with internal guideline
• Incident coordination process - screening of all payments and identification of potential fraud 
• Quarterly reconcilliations and verification of cash balances on accounts
• Updates of process maps nad singing them into the system
• Quarterly testing of the effectiveness of process controls
• Receiveing change requests and resolving IT tickets
• Regular reporting

Requirements:

• Degree and ideally 3 years experience in Economics/ Finance/ Accounting
• Ability and willingness to learn new IT systems and tools
• tachnical and analytical thinking
• SAP or Oracle knowledge is a big plus
• MS Office advanced skills
• Great communication skills
• Fluent English
