Job description, responsibilities and duties

Management and leadership of the department.
Planning, forecasting and organisation of the department.
Responsibility for the department budget.
Definition of test strategies and test methodology.
Definition of test tools and their usage in a day to day business.
Definition of the test phases and description of the responsibilities and expected outputs of each phase.
Coordination of all test phases.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Experience in people management 2+ years is must.
Good software test skills and Software Development knowledge.
Understanding of credit card business is big advantage.
Good knowledge of test and defect management tools.
Experience in statistics, planning and budget.
Advanced English language is must.
Knowledge of German language is advantage.
Very good people management and coordination skills.
Analytical thinking, understanding of functional and technical contexts.
