The Procurement CoE Intern/Part-time Support ensures timely, accurate and compliant service delivery for all Procurement Centre of Excelence (CoE) related transactions assigned to his role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support on supplier registration into the Procurement system
• Handling supplier calls on a regular daily basis (this is the fundamental part of the job)
• Supporting Procurement Center of Excellence team in Global Shared Service Center
• Communication with suppliers and internal customers
• Assist and support ad-hoc requests

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Candidate with interest in Procurement willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Interested to work in an international environment
• Responsible, reliable, accurate and supportive attitude
• Combination of languages: advanced German and at least basic English, or Spanish and English or Flemish and English

5 EUR/hour brutto plus meal ticket in value of 4,50 EUR per day
