Transactional Procurement Jr. Specialist with Spanish

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the day to day Procurement operations including issue resolution and Supplier Management for the following process areas:

• Processing of PRs and release of POs to suppliers according to OSP and within quality and time constraints
• Track and follow up POs and deliveries to ensure security of supply
• Documentation in SAP
• Manage import licenses and end-use certificates for concerned raw materials

• Manage availability issue resolution in coordination with requisitioners and planners
• Coordinate delivery and quality non conformities in relation with respective plant stakeholders
• Support investigation of root cause analysis on invoice non conformities
• Support the timely follow-up on planning, quality and accounts payable escalations ensuring appropriate commercial relations with the supply base.

• Manage operational supplier performance, on time in full (OTIF)
• Resolve major supply issues and complaints in collaboration with Category Management/ Sourcing

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High school degree or equivalent experience, preferable in business.
• Approximately 0-2 years of experience in Procurement - suitable for fresh graduates
• Basic experience with SAP and typical other IT-tools as a plus.
• Self-disciplined
• Ability to adapt to new culture and people
• Strong service orientation: strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends
• Willingness to work afternoon shifts (support of US and Mexico)
• Strong communication skills
• Business proficient English and Spanish

The offered salary for this position is € 1,100 gross. This salary is the minimum possible offer and may be higher depending on the scope and seniority of employee requirements.
