Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Coordination with Sales department of ongoing sales planning activities such as Customer Demand Planning (CDP), Budget and Strategic Planning (SPOT) and reporting
- Strategic planning - maintenance of the projects (long term planning)
- CDP according to latest customer information (short term)
- Material, plan / sales price and customer master data maintenance
- Volume review meeting - regular planning activity with plants and sales
- Volume reporting and review of deviations compared to budget, strategic planning or customer awarded volumes
- Various customers reports on request related to customer demand planning, strategic planning, budget, etc.
- Maintaining of customer portals in alignment with sales
- Coordination of Global capacity planning tool
