• Responsibility for comprehensive management of the company
• Acting as a company leader in industrial relations
• Responsibility for establishing and implementing business plans in type classification
• Process development forecasts of critical economic indicators
• Responsibility for results achieved by the company
• Responsibility for environmental protection, occupational health and safety
• Definition and implementation of quality and environmental policies at all levels of the company and for evaluation of their intentions
• Responsibility for creating conditions for establishment and functioning quality & environment management systems and for examining their effectiveness and their continuous improvement
