Job description, responsibilities and duties

> participation in hotline system => avaliability during office hours /
> agreed call on duty and over time based on pending emergency cases
> remotely assessing the emergency case
organization of actions (incl. spare parts) and additional support (mc supplier + inside Conti) in order to overcome the emergency
> communication to all involved parties
> traveling on short notice (latest next day)
> documentation of emergency case in standard knowledge management
> followup case closing
> sophisticated problem solving approach (not try and error)
> analyse of emergency case (root cause analysis) actions (training, spare parts + preventive maintenance, proposal for mc upgrade),…
