Job description, responsibilities and duties

Key things you’ll be responsible for:

Provides support to the Coca-Cola Hellenic internal customers on all the processes in the scope, actively delivering customer service.
Ensure that supporting documentation needed for daily processing of all processes in scope, is signed according to local legal requirements
To process the HR requests
Communicate with Country HR Team, Line Manager & Employees to answer any HR related questions

What you will need to have:

1+ years of business related experience in HR
Advanced English, written and verbal, native Slovak language
Knowledge of the Labour Law
SAP knowledge would be an advantage
Communication skills
Good knowledge of MS office
